The easiest way to prepare Fufu / Sadza / Ugali / Banku Subscribe! 2 cups water 1 cup semolina (Sprinkle and stir gently) Gently stir clockwise and counterclockwise (Slowly you will feel it harden) Smooth out any lumps by pressing against the pan.
